Orders placed by 2:00 pm PT Monday–Friday usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm PT, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.

We’ll email your tracking number as soon as your sunglasses ship. You can also use the tool to retrieve the latest status.

  • Tracking activates after carrier scans (can take 12–24 hours).
  • Allow extra time during peak holiday periods or severe weather.

Delivery details and policies

Addresses and service areas

  • United States: All 50 states and DC.
  • PO Boxes: Ship via USPS (Standard or Expedited).
  • APO/FPO/DPO: Ship via USPS; delivery times vary by location and military processing.
  • We currently do not offer international shipping.

Signature and security

  • $500+ orders ship Signature Required by default.
  • Signature service available by request for lower‑value orders—contact support.
  • If no one is available, carriers may attempt redelivery or hold at a local facility.

Packaging

  • All sunglasses are packed in their branded case with protective wrapping.
  • Outer packaging is recyclable; we minimize plastic filler.
  • Gift message available at checkout; prices never printed on packing slip.

Order changes and cancellations

  • We begin processing quickly. Contact us ASAP to request changes or cancellation.
  • Address updates can only be applied before shipment is released to the carrier.
  • Once shipped, we can request a carrier intercept (fees may apply).

Backorders and split shipments

  • We’ll email an ETA if an item is temporarily out of stock.
  • Orders with multiple items may ship separately at no extra cost.

Lost or damaged packages

  • If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, wait 24 hours and check with neighbors/building staff.
  • Report lost or damaged items within 7 days of the last tracking update.
  • Keep all packaging for carrier inspection on damage claims.

Yes. Ensure the address includes the hotel or company name and any necessary suite, room, or recipient details to avoid delays.
Do you offer weekend delivery?
Some carriers deliver on Saturdays and select Sundays in metro areas. Exact availability depends on your ZIP code and carrier.
What if I need to change my address after ordering?
Contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it. If it has shipped, we can request a carrier intercept (not guaranteed; fees may apply).
How do returns affect shipping charges?
