Return window

30 days from the delivery date.

Condition

New, unused, with all original packaging, tags, case, and inserts.

US: Free returns. International: customer pays return shipping.

Exchanges

Free exchanges within 30 days on eligible items.

Items marked “Final Sale” are not returnable.

How to start a return or exchange

    US orders receive a prepaid label. International customers receive instructions to ship with a tracked service.

    Include the case, box, cleaning cloth, authenticity inserts, and any accessories. Use a sturdy outer carton.

Policy details

Eligibility

  • Items must be in new condition with no signs of wear, lens scratches, or adjustments.
  • All original packaging required: protective case, branded box, cleaning cloth, inserts, tags, and spare parts (if any).
  • Returns must include any promotional gifts or bundles received with the order.
  • Prescription or custom‑fitted lenses are not eligible for return unless defective on arrival.

Timeframes

  • Return window: 30 calendar days from delivery.
  • Damaged/incorrect items: report within 7 days of delivery for replacement support.
  • Holiday extension: Orders placed Nov 1–Dec 31 can be returned until Jan 31.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing may take 3–10 business days.
  • Original outbound shipping fees (if any) are non‑refundable.
  • Store credit is available upon request and is issued immediately after inspection approval.

Exchanges

  • One free exchange per order within 30 days for a different color, lens tint, or comparable style.
  • If the exchange item is higher priced, you will be invoiced the difference.

US returns

  • We provide a prepaid, insured return label for eligible US orders.
  • Ensure the return is scanned by the carrier and keep your tracking receipt.

International returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping, insurance, and any customs paperwork.
  • Duties and taxes paid to your local authority are non‑refundable through us. You may reclaim them directly with your customs office (where applicable).
  • Refused or undeliverable packages: original shipping plus a 15% handling fee may be deducted from the refund.

Non‑returnable items

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non‑returnable”.
  • Gift cards and e‑gift cards.
  • Prescription or custom lenses unless defective on arrival.
  • Items showing wear, damage, altered fit, or missing packaging/components.

Damaged or incorrect items

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number.
  • We will arrange a prompt replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label where applicable.

Warranty

  • Manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship; it does not cover scratches, accidental damage, or normal wear.
  • If you believe your eyewear has a manufacturing defect, email [email protected] with photos and your order number to start a warranty review.

Packaging your return

  • Use the original branded box (if available) and place it inside a protective outer carton.
  • Include the case, cloth, inserts, tags, and any accessories.
  • Do not ship sunglasses in the case only. Unprotected returns may be rejected or incur deductions for damage.

Cancellations & changes

  • Orders can be canceled or edited within 60 minutes of placement. After this window, please initiate a return once delivered.
  • Price adjustments: one-time adjustment if an item is discounted within 7 days of your purchase, provided the same size/color is in stock.

All sunglasses we offer are sourced through authorized channels and undergo inspection for authenticity and quality.

Yes—please handle carefully and avoid removing tags. Items must remain in new, unworn condition to stay eligible for return.

Are sale items returnable?

Yes, unless marked “Final Sale”. Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How long will my refund take?

After your return is delivered and approved, refunds typically appear in 3–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Do you offer prepaid labels internationally?

At this time, prepaid labels are offered for eligible US orders. International customers should use a tracked, insured service.

What if my item arrives damaged?
